This is book I received months ago as an Arc and I never got around to reading it. Thankfully, I came across a buddy read and decided to give it a try. I'm really glad I did.
I really like Amy as both a character. I didn't feel like she was incredibly bias as she could have been given the fact that she absolutely hated Dorothy, with good reason. She still managed to give Dorothy her due credit.
My favorite characters were Indigo who I really wish would have lasted longer. She was tough and I think Amy could have used her.
Ollie was also a fun character. I predict he gets braver as the series continues.
I foresee both Nox and Pete as being love interests. I prefer Pete, though I can't say why. He just comes off a little more laid back, I guess. He's sort of flaky.
This story was a lot of fun. There were no shortages of surprises where the plot was concerned and this was mostly due to the epic changes in the main characters vs the original version.
